We guarantee our bags to be free from defects or damage. Immediately upon receipt of your order, check your merchandize and report any defect or damage within 24 hours to info@pamperednest.com .
Damages caused by shipping and handling must be reported to UPS or USPS within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. Should there be damages, keep the original box and immediately call UPS to file a claim.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES BY UPS or USPS.
Being a satisfied Customer is our goal. Should you decide to return your purchase:
• Contact us at info@pamperednest.com within 24 hours of receipt to obtain Return Authorization Number. Returns without this number will not be accepted. • Returns must be received within 10 days of delivery date. • Merchandize must not have been used and in original new condition. • 15% restocking charge fee will apply for all returns. • Shipping charges are not refundable. • Credits to credit card issued upon completion of return. 7 to 10 days. • Crystal bags are by special order and can only be returned should a bag be defective.
